Daycare provides a safe, healthy and structured environment for your dog to socialize and play with dogs of simular size and play style.  

SOME REASONS YOUR DOG MIGHT NEED TO BE A DAYCARE DOG

• Your dog spends all or part of his day unplanting what you spent all weekend planting
• Your dog spends hours on what he thinks is the best chew toy only to be told it was your favorite shoe not his favorite chew
• Your dog sees every shut door as a temporary obstacle you want him to chew through
• A couch is never just a couch when it can be eaten
• Your dog waits all day for someone to come home and throw the ball again and again and again
• Nobody seems to appreciate the art and skill your dog puts into his howling performances
• You keep putting your dog behind the fence it took him all day to master jumping over
• Your dog thinks his name is really; "blah, blah, blah, baaaad doooog, bad dog"

In all seriousness staying home alone all day would drive the best of any social creature mad and your dog is no exception.  Daycare can provide the physical and mental exercise that keeps your dog a healthy and happy member of your family.  Please consider daycare to solve any problems before you relinquish your dog to a shelter or rescue.  Dogs are to be loved and enjoyed, not thrown away.  We can help.

Our daycare is structured by size and play style in both indoor and outdoor play groups.   Our philosophy is that daycare should be more than just a housing facility.  We structure our day much like a preschool by rewarding positive behavior, using short teaching sessions to keep them thinking and daily lessons in good dog manners.  We have two large sand boxes built for digging that act as a treasure chest for the Kongs that we hide every morning.  Scent activates and stimulates the mind as much as play so our dogs are led by duck scent trails to different spots where they are rewarded by treats.  For those dogs that like water, we have three wading pools for splashing pleasure that are located on patches of canine grass.  Add lots of shaded areas for lounging and who would'nt want to spend the day?

 

Boarding

Boarders are invited to spend the night with us anytime.  We offer convenient and flexible drop off and pick up times so you won't have to pay for an extra day you didn't really need.      

Your dog gets to play during the day, followed by dinner and some more outdoor time getting one last sniff before bed.  Before bedtime, boarders can have some chew time while they listen to music specially engineered to relax dogs (I am not making this up) all the while enjoying comfort-zone pheromone scent proven to calm and confort dogs in a new setting.  Dogs can sleep with other dogs on their own bed or in a comfortable kennel and if there is ever a problem, I am just across the hall to help-every night.  We recommend you bring your dog to daycare leading up to a boarding period so they can establish friends and become comfortable that you will pick them up. 

If your dog prefers a quieter environment, we have expanded our boarding to include private boarding and yard area.  This is perfect for the dog that doesnt need the high energy and social atmosphere of daycare playgroups.  A quiet walk can also be arranged along with alone time lounging in a private "back yard" area.  Please let us know if you need the private boarding or daycare boarding experience when you make your next reservation. 

Curb Service

If you are running late or just pooped, we will happily bring out or pick up your dog so you don't even have to get out of the car!

TREAT DEAL DAY

I am always looking for ways to add value to the services we provide here at The Dog Park and one such way was to introduce the Treat Deal Day.  Any pass holder for daycare is informed via email about a pending treat/chew order and allowed to purchase whatever quantity they need of treats and chews at wholesale costs plus a very reasonable handling fee.  This means 12" bully stiicks as low as $2.50 each.  It really does pay to be a member!    

Customer Service:  Our goal is to have your dogs love to visit us but also to supply great customer service to you, their person.  If there is ever a problem, question or concern, the owner is on site and accessible every day.  
   

The Chop Shop

Introducing a brand new concept in professional grooming that keeps your dog looking great but doesn't hurt your pocket book!  One price, all dogs, one great hair style!  $25.00  This price includes a professional bath including whitening and oatmeal conditioning shampoo, aloe and coconut oil conditioner cream rinse, brush out, nail clipping and standard convenience cut or trim.  A convenience cut is a low maintenance shave or trim much like a 'pet or puppy cut' would look.

IN HOME VISITS:  one of our trained dog care technicians will come to your house to feed, walk and potty break your dog......$15

PAMPERED PUP:  we come to your house, feed your dog, bring him to The Dog Park! for a full day of doggie play and fun, drive your tired dog home, feed him dinner and let him out to potty before leaving.  The perfect solution for when you need to go out of town or are stuck with a long day at work.  No guilt, no work, just a happy dog.  $35.00 for the first dog, additional dogs $15.00
